Au pair Jamie S. presented about Switzerland to a group of homeschool students in the Memorial Hall Library in Andover, MA.
Jamie took an interesting take on her presentation highlighting differences between the two countries, like typical food, currency, sports, and the size of the country.
Jamie shared: “The presentation was a very good experience for me, because I don’t like presentations at all and I always become incredibly nervous. But the girls were super nice and interested and in the end I got very positive feedback from the staff, which makes me so happy! I learned from the presentation that kids are the best audience because they are so interested in new things and don’t judge. I also learned some new things during the conversation about America, so we learned from each other .”
