Ermina H. is spending her year in Raquel Wilhelm’s Wheaton, MD cluster, and had the opportunity to share about her country during a Discovering Music class for 1-4 year olds. Ermina explained how far away Bosnia and Herzegovina is from Maryland, the food that they eat, what the money looks like, and what their flag is. She wrapped up her presentation by teaching the children how to sing “When you are happy and you know it,” “Kad sisretan”. Ermina taught the children the song in her native language as well as in English.
