This year International Education Week (IEW) took place November 14th-18th. The U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education launched this joint iniative to “celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide.” For more information on IEW visit their website.
In an effort to uphold the spirit of IEW, clusters across Virginia and Maryland collected school supplies to be sent to a bilingual school in Honduras. Their efforts were to support the Art for Humanity project.
