Sarah shared her culture with a Kindergarten class in Indiana. She read them a popular story about pirates which the children really loved! She showed them pictures of the national dress, the Panamanian flag, map and lots of points of interest.

The teacher commented to Sarah that she thinks it’s a wonderful idea for children to understand that we are the same in spite of different cultures, languages and races…exactly what our Global Awareness program is all about!!
