Cheryl Halligan wrote about her flag
This flag represents not only my country but my home town too. It’s about football (soccer) in England. The blue represents my home team’s football club badge and football kit. The red are red buses, post poxes and telephone boxes (I think that’s a stereotype of England), and we do still have these!
