My host kids and I made the flag out of cookies and then made fondant and decorated the cookies in the colors of the South African flag! We made 3 different color houses next to each other because in South Africa it is very popular in some of the cultures to make their houses as colorful as possible. I made the heart and wrote APIA on top….If it wasn’t for APIA I wouldn’t have had the chance to enter and have so much fun! Thank you!
