a 5th grader from Connecticut, wrote:
"It was so cool to meet you. I've never been on a place but
I met a Russian grown up at Scout camp. I called her Miss Russia
and she called me Miss America. So I guess I'll call you Miss Africa.
Thank you Miss Africa for teaching me about South Africa. And thank
you for singing your national anthem. You have a beautiful voice."
Kiersten, a 5th grader from Connecticut, wrote:
"I loved the way you taught us to count in German and that
you have really great chocolate.We have so much in common."
Sofia, a 2nd grader, wrote:
"I loved learning the alphabet in different languages."
Zach, a 2nd grader from Illinois, wrote:
"My favorite part was when we learned that in South Africa,
Santa comes through the window, not the chimeny. They do not have
chimenys in a warm country."
